A veteran of the Sydney security industry Joseph, has seen the industry evolve but remains passionate because of his love for his team his long standing client relationships and the success of Toa Protection. As the industry has changed, one thing has always stayed the same, the ability to understand and manage the human element within the security environment determines the longevity of security companies and the enduring relationships they maintain with clients. ‘My clients are facing compounding business challenges, it’s my job to understand those challenges and search for opportunities to enhance profitability and user experience’.
AARON RENEL
AARON RENELSecurity Risk Management & Consultancy Director
Aaron sits in the top echelon of security professionals in Australia and the Asia Pacific region. His Education is without peer, with a Masters in International Security Studies, Master of Policing, intelligence and counter terrorism, Diploma of Security Studies (ADF), and a Masters in Leadership. This coupled with his front line experience where he lead and supported Australian Soldiers in both national and international operations of human security, health security and food security purposes. Aaron has Risk managed and operationally managed, successfully, over 30 different major sporting and music events for a range of different agencies and firms. Aaron has worked with state police from New South Wales and Queensland to risk assess and manage potential groups and threats to individualised human security. Aaron has also risk managed and profiled state forensic and justice health operations.

MASSEY ARCHIBALDOperations Director
Massey Archibald is a veteran of the security industry and has extensive experience in the corporate arena in the field of marketing, sales and advertising. It’s this unique skill set that has enabled him to position TOA Protection for its next phase of growth. His skills also enable Toa Protection to be customer centric, to understand the core business challenges and required outcomes that can enhance business effectiveness and profitability while improving the customers, customers’ experience.
